The Role

You will be required to
-
support of legal activity of the agency (corporate documents composing and checking)
-
develop and analyze of contract documents
-
provide written and oral advice and opinions on legal issues
-
represent the agency in relations with clients / contractors
-
participate in negotiations with contractors
|
You will have
-
Preferably at least 2 years proven successful experience in Legal business as Lawyer or Junior Lawyer in Ukrainian standard company or advertising agency .
-
A University degree in Law
-
Knowledge of intellectual property law, corporate, commercial and procedural law of Ukraine
-
Goal oriented, excellent organisation, planning with a strong result orientation
-
Ability to work in a team, energetic
-
Great time-management and prioritizing skills
-
Upper Intermediate knowledge of English, excellent knowledge of PC
