Our Client, International Group of Agencies Group in Ukraine announces about open vacancy of Group Creative Director

Main responsibilities:

1. Development of strong creative team in each Agency (together with Agency’s Creative Directors)

2. Increase of creative teams’ professional level (including elaboration of staff development plan, internal education system, implementation of creativity scale, Havas Creative Club’s launch etc.)

3. Increase of each Agency’s creative performance (according to Group Festival Policy)

4. Increasing of Group’s creative works quality and level of tender presentations

5. Direct involvement and supervision of tenders which are important for the Group/specific Agency (accent made on Group tenders, cross sales, integrated, complex programs)

6. Increase of win rate in creative tenders, increase of cross sales % inside the Group

7. Active participation in Group’s PR

Requirements:

1. Higher education

2. Good managerial skills

3. Working experience in advertising market 6+ years
