Our Client is a full service Production company making films and TV ads for major companies in Ukraine and all over is planning to strengthen its management team in Ukrainian with Bidding Manager position ( Менеджер по подготовке тендерных предложений)

Desired Characteristics of the Candidate

We look for unique skills and attitude: people must be entrepreneurial, analytical and highly professional. They must be able to prioritize work, posses’ excellent written and oral communication skills, be a strong negotiator, be numerate, and be comfortable managing multiple pitches and projects with the clients.

Education:

• University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences

Experience:

• Senior Management position in advertising or production services or management position in a broader advertising industry or highly visible executive or professional within advertising industry for more than 2 years

Specific skills and knowledge:

• Knowledgeable about Ukrainian advertising market and experience in shooting video clips is a MUST

• Developed sales skills and knowledge about specifics of sales

• Highly developed negotiation skills

• Strong verbal and written skills in English

• Excellent computer skills to operate software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheet

Areas of work:

• Responsible for submitting completed tender proposals to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget.

• Translation of English texts in Russian/Ukrainian and Russian/Ukrainian texts in English , including producers treatments and briefs

• Ensure that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible, and that the organization has given itself the best possible chance of success.

• Involved in every aspect of the submission and have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how their organization can provide that.

• Estimate the prices that can impress the client and ensure the drafted bid is cost effective to the client and profitable to the company

• Conduct research to identify the financial and product needs of the Client.
