Our client, the leading international FMCG Company, would like to announce the position of Display and POSM manager.

Responsibilities:

• - Identify, quantify and develop POSM and Equipment at Point of sales;
• - Develop and evaluate new merchandising solutions in trade channels;
• - Analyze consumer/shopper behaviour;
• - Regularly present Category POSM and Merchandising standards to Sales Force;
• - Coordinate POSM inventories as well as warehousing and distribution to regions;
• - Control Category POSM budget;
• - Develop and drive the development of Merchandising planograms for Confectionary assortment;.
• - Conduct Regular field visits to control the Merchandising execution across trade.

Requirements:

• - University Degree;
• - 3+ years of relevant experience in trade-marketing sphere in Consumer Electronics or FMCG spheres;
• - Knowledge of merchandizing standards;
• - Initiative and creative;
• - Highly developed communication and influencing skills;
• - Strong analytical skills;
• - Good command of English.
