Our Client the successful full service advertising agency is looking for an experience BTL Channel/Campaign Planner

Based in Kiev, the BTL Campaign Planner will be responsible for managing business for its CLIENTS in the end market. This will involve supporting CLIENT in maximising the impact on communication, brand image and sales in all key channels. This will be achieved by playing an active role in the development of strategies, plans and activities and supporting their implementation in the channels; evolving the management and classification the channels universe.

The Role

You will be required to

• Implement of CLIENTs ends market channel strategy through third-party experts and supplier insight.

• Evaluate market and channels in order to provide recommendations and solutions to further enhance channel performance.

• Periodically conduct local market trend / scene review to enable CLIENT to capitalise in a timely manner on new business opportunities within channels.

• Support CLIENT in the development and implementation of a national marketing plan, which is in line with the CLIENT marketing & channel strategies and the needs of the trade.

• Identify and manage development of new end market relevant added value services and programmes which help channel managers improve their business performance

• Define and develop relevant channel brand programmes and consumer engagement activities.

• Guide the development of a comprehensive communication package for any of CLIENT’s drive brands, to ensure maximum impact on target consumers within the channels.

 THE PERSON

You will have

• Educated to degree level.

• 2+ years experience in a FMCG company in a sales and marketing environment, with specific focus on managing business through the On- and Off-Trade channel

or

• 3+ years senior management role with BTL agency with strong On- and Off-Trade portfolio of multi-brand experiences (tobacco, premium alcohol, beer).

• Significant experience of launching and developing brands in the On- and Off-Trade environment.

• Excellent written & oral communication skills

• Creative thinker with high levels of business acumen

• Good project management skills

• Good experience & application of team building, development and coaching

• Upper Intermediate English
