Our Client is a full service Production company making films and TV ads for major companies in Ukraine and all over is planning to strengthen its management team in Ukrainian with New Business Development Director position.

Desired Characteristics of the Candidate

They must be able to prioritize work, posses excellent written and oral communication skills, be a strong negotiator, be numerate, and be comfortable managing multiple sales pitches and projects with the clients.

We look for people who demonstrate personal initiative and ambition linked with the ability to think laterally, and find new solutions to unpredictable challenges.

Education:

- University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences

Experience:

- Senior Sales / Management position in advertising or production services or

- Management position in a broader advertising industry or

- Highly visible executive or professional within advertising industry for more than 3 years

Specific skills and knowledge:

- Knowledgeable about Ukrainian advertising market

- Developed sales skills and knowledge about specifics of sales

- Highly developed negotiation skills

- Proficient in English

Areas of work:

- Stipulating contracts with key clients, advertising agencies and media buyers

- Organization of sales and supervision of advertising agencies and direct key

clients

- Responsibility for achieving annual plans

- Developing and launching new projects

- Preparing Sales and Financial reports and plans

- Reporting to Group Management

Personal characteristics:

- Proactive, independent, responsible, professional, entrepreneurial, creative (business),

ambitious, systematic, persuasive, charismatic and self-confident.
